While we are working vigorously to fulfill orders as quickly and safely as possible, all orders may take up to two weeks to arrive due to supply chain constraints caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Exchanges

All Streamwear™ is made to order and printed by hand in the USA. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Since all Streamwear™ is made to order, all sales are final. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds at this time.

Incorrect/Damaged Item

If you have received the wrong item or any items are misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact our support team at orders@magicstreamteam.com. We will take care of the issue at no additional cost to you.

We are adamantly working towards adding additional customer services in the future, such as returns and exchanges, as our business expands. Until then, we reserve the right to change these policies from time to time.
